The "Brisket" is the point meat of a packer brisket. It's got more intramuscular fat. The "Que" aspect of Bludso's was underwhelming for me. The brisket was tender, but it was quite fatty and the peppercorn crust was the overwhelming flavour (before I drenched it in their spicy BBQ sauce). The BBQ sauce was okay. The macaroni & cheese was good. Everything was served family style.
